Channeled Messages: On Emotions

-Beginning of channeled message-

Understand that your emotions will always let you know what it is you are in alignment with.

Understand that even though you are in control of your emotions and feelings sometimes negative or painful emotions rise up.

It is important to not ignore the negative emotions one feels.

Part of the human experience is experiencing all emotions, good and bad.

It is how much and for how long of either is up to you.

You are still in control of this.

The human mind is programmed to react in certain ways to certain events.

Retraining the mind will allow for different reactions.

For example, if there is loss of a loved one, you can see it as permanent separation or something that you will never heal from or missing them or feeling like you or them will miss out on life.

Or you could see it as they have moved onto a new and exciting part of their journey and that was their souls time to go back to where they came from and knowing that they haven’t gone very far.

One creates depression, anger, grief, etc. The other creates freedom, understanding and feeling good for the loved one that has crossed over.

This does not mean that you do not grief or ignore the negative feelings that come up, but as you let go what needs to be let go of, you can start to turn your attention to seeing things in a new way.

You are in control of deciding to live in the pain or live in the joy.

Those feelings of passion, joy, excitment and love are all your indicators that you are in alignment with who you really are.

Everything less than that is your indicator that you are out of alignment with who you really are.

How you choose to see your experience will determine the emotions you experience and therefor the outcomes associated.

Do not feel that if you are in depression that you have to automatically shift to joy.

You will resist it.

But you could feel something a little bit better such as hope or forgiveness.

And from there you could feel something a little bit better and so on.

If you are feeling negative emotions start to examine them for yourself.

Is this emotion coming from something real, is it serving me, why do I feel this way, when did it start, how can I see this situaiton differently?

By not letting those negative emotions control your life, you can start to have more control over your experience.

By examining them, you can start to shift.

Sometimes this takes seconds other times it can take years.

It is up to you.

Deep rooted negative emotions take time to heal, but part of that healing process is deciding to feel something better.

One feels an emotion at all moments of the day.

How much of what kind of emotions are you feeling?

Are you feeling in a way that you prefer?

Or are you letting circumstances define what you are experiencing?

Do not give yourself excuses to feel bad.

Do not let your emotions control you.
