We all go through difficult times at one point or another and sometimes we need a good book to help us through. Here are a couple of books that I love and have helped me a lot during this year.
I love this book! It is all about the spiritual connection to pain and how it helps us grow. It is very calming and written in an easy to understand way. She has a great way of explaining that it is okay to not be okay and to help you see the positives in what you are going through. Wether you are going through a divorce, loss of a loved one, depression, or loss of any kind, it is a good read to help you get through it.
Lisa Lisson lost her husband unexpectedly at a young age. He was in a coma for two years after suffering a heart attack. She stood by her husbands side and hoped for a miracle while balancing, raising a family and her career. She later became the first female president of FEDEX Canada. It is a part memoir, part personal empowerment and how to achieve your goals no matter what life throws at you. It is an inspirational read for anyone who has experienced any kind of loss.
