This is a channeled message on health and it’s their take on what health is. This is something I’ve been working on. Finding ways to eat better, cutting down on processed sugar, exercising more. There have been some fall backs, such as the poutine I ate last night (totally worth it!), but I’m feeling better already!

Your body is always sending you signals about what it needs although the majority of the time it goes unnoticed. The key is tuning into your body and listening and feeling what it needs. Understand that every person needs something different for it to be healthy. In other words, what works for one person may not work for another. Your body reacts to its environment and every persons environment is slightly different. This is why it can be hard to figure out what exactly is healthy and what is not. Some bodies need more psychical exercise than others and some need more fruit and vegetables than others. Close your eyes and scan your body. Notice what does it need? What is your body asking for? For example, are you drawn to your mouth and it begins to feel dry? That may indicate that it needs more water. Really take the time to examine what is working for you and what is not. Remember that what you put into your body has a profound effect on its function. Some things will enhance it and others will be a detriment. The key is listening to your body’s desires not your minds. You may be craving the sugar from fruit, but instead you opt for the chocolate cake. Your body is desiring the fruit but your mind is desiring the cake. Try to shift this. You can begin by asking yourself before you eat, what does my body need? Take a moment and listen and then go from there. The thing with health is that it is always changing as your body is always changing. Do not feel that you need to listen to what others say is healthy. As there is merit to it, it may not be what your body needs at that time. As we always encourage physical activity and eating naturally, do not feel that you need to follow every diet and advice that’s out there. Listen to your body, ask its needs, and as you become more and more used to this, you will be in perfect health all the time. For then your body will be in perfect alignment with its environment.
